SABLE ILLUSIONS

Feature projects are long term projects I'm working on. In this section of the site, you can find all the artwork, development and planning that goes into the final animations. They are all originally created by me, and have usually been in development for quite some time. I have more than one project on the go at once, but I only ever work on two features at any one time and maybe a short. New features will be added once they reach a certain level of development, so keep checking back!

'Shorts' refer to the smaller projects I do, which can be anything from small music videos to sideline stories to animation testers. Usually if I have a character floating around in my head, I'll just play around with walk cycles or gestures and actions to get to know them a little more.

Characters that I base on other people's written work, purely for my own pleasure or in some cases, university work. Sometimes those characters get developed a lot and become a force of their own, but they rarely make it past the design stage.
